Spaghetti Frittata


  • 500g of Panzani Spaghetti
  • 4 large eggs
  • 300g of grated cheese
  • 3 sliced onions
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil


  • Boil the Spaghetti in boiling salted water for 12 min.
  • Sauté the onions in a non-stick pan with a little oil until translucent.
  • In a big bowl, beat the eggs in with the cheese. Salt, pepper. Add well-drained Spaghetti and onions and stir together quickly.
  • Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a hot non-stick skillet, add spaghetti mixture and cover the pan.
  • Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Flip, using a plate, and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot with a salad of your choosing.
  • Enjoy!
